ICM’s newest desktop application, iCapture, sends electronic documents instantly to ViewCenter! Whether it’s one or one thousand documents, one-click loads your Word files, Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, image files, even emails and email attachments to ViewCenter.
Included with iCapture is a “forms trainer” that the administrator sets up for each collection. Configurable index fields relevant to the document collection will appear and be auto-populated by the system. Unique data can be typed in manually or drag-and-dropped in from dynamic form titles and headers.
